We focus on tailored assistance and utilise a care team approach to support our clients to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Services

Support Coordination

Navigating the National Disability Insurance Scheme can often feel overwhelming and stressful. That’s why partnering with experts who possess in-depth knowledge of the system is essential. Our skilled Support Coordinators collaborate closely with you to ensure access to the necessary supports outlined in your NDIS plan. Presently, we offer Level 1 and Level 2 Support Coordination services.

At Bloom Mentoring Services, we are dedicated to guiding you through your plan and linking you with valuable resources and services in your community. We serve as the bridge between NDIS participants and informal, mainstream, and specialist services. Our collaboration aims to promote independence, enrich quality of life, and overcome any challenges you may face.

Therapeutic Mentoring

Our Therapeutic Mentoring program is designed to improve quality of life and empower clients to achieve their goals. We’ll assist you in learning new skills and fine-tuning existing ones; in turn, building your capacity to live a more independent lifestyle. We’ll support you to maintain focus and engagement, ensuring that acquiring new skills is enjoyable and directly relevant to NDIS goals. Our approaches to achieving this include:

Support Work

We will match you with experienced Support Workers who can assist you in enhancing your independence through various skill-building activities. These activities may include (but are not limited to):

Respite for NDIS Partcipants and Carers

At Bloom Mentoring Services, we understand the importance of providing Short Term Accommodation (STA) and respite services for NDIS participants and their families. These services offer numerous benefits:

  1. Support for Participants: STA provides temporary accommodation and support tailored to the individual needs of NDIS participants. It offers a break from their usual routines while ensuring they receive the necessary care and assistance.
  2. Relief for Families and Carers: Respite services give families and carers the opportunity to take a break from their caregiving responsibilities. This time allows them to recharge and attend to their own needs, promoting overall well-being.
  3. Social Interaction and Community Engagement: STA enables participants to engage with peers and participate in community activities, fostering social connections and enhancing their quality of life.
  4. Skill Development: During their stay, participants can work on developing various skills, such as daily living skills or social skills, depending on their goals and aspirations.
  5. Peace of Mind: Knowing that their loved ones are well cared for in a safe and supportive environment provides families and carers with peace of mind.

Our dedicated team at Bloom Mentoring Services is committed to delivering compassionate and person-centered STA and respite services that meet the unique needs of each participant. Whether you’re seeking short-term accommodation options or respite services, we are here to support you every step of the way.
